Violet, intense color. Medium late. "Primal Carrot." Decorative. Up to 25 cm long. Good storage life. F1 hybrid, with water spot disease resistance. Sweetish taste. Germination after 14-21 days at 12-20°C.
F1 Hybrid
Not frost resistant
Against carrot fly infestation, possibly cover with a special cultivation net (especially from the beginning of May). It often helps if the carrots are sown downwind so that the flies do not find a protected place to lay their eggs. Separation may be necessary. Even watering/moisture is important for germination and against bursting. Do not sow on freshly fertilized soil. Do not use manure. Keep weed free. If growth is hand-high, some topdressing can be done.
