Medium-early, high-yielding variety with cylindrical, long (18-22cm), blunt, smooth-skinned orange carrots. Heart and flesh are red. Tender and crunchy. Taste: sweet, mild, refreshing. For fresh consumption and for freezing.

Loose, light, humus and stone-free soil. Not freshly fertilized. Sufficiently supplied with lime. Germination temperature min. 6°C, optimal 12-20°C, germination period 1-3 weeks. Sow very thinly, this saves thinning later. After sowing and continuing until emergence, keep the soil evenly moist, but not too wet. Hoe and weed regularly. Water during dry periods.
