Description
Die lange blutrot Karotte ist eine frühe und robuste Sorte mit einer 20 cm langen Wurzel. Ihre violette Schale bedeckt ein sehr aromatisches, orangerotes Fleisch, das seine Farbe auch nach dem Kochen behält. Diese traditionelle Sorte ist sowohl schmackhaft als auch attraktiv.

Erste Aussaat ab März und weitere Aussaaten bis Anfang Juli. In Reihen mit 30 cm Abstand säen. Ab Juli mit einem Schutznetz (Filbio) gegen die Möhrenfliege abdecken. Frischen Kompost meiden. Karotten schätzen die Nachbarschaft von Zwiebeln.
