Bio Merida F1 is a medium-early hybrid Nantaise type with very stable and healthy foliage, comes from the professional sector and produces 19-23 cm long, blunt carrots of the best quality. The carrots are smooth-skinned, break-resistant, uniform and extremely high-yielding. As a bunched carrot, it is ideal for harvesting from summer to fall. Can also be stored and frozen.
F1 Hybrid
Not frost resistant
Sunny, deep, loosened, humus-rich soil, preferably sandy. Cover seed only lightly. Carrots germinate somewhat unevenly after approx. 1-2 weeks, depending on the temperature. Always keep the seedbed moist for germination. If necessary, move to a distance of 3-4 cm after emergence to ensure better development. Avoid over-fertilizing. Harvest approx. 14-18 weeks after sowing.
