Description

The mini cucumber 'Prado F1' is an early cucumber variety. It has all-female flowers, which means that each flower produces a fruit (parthenocarpic variety). It impresses with its intense aromatic flavor. The fruits are 16-18 cm long and smooth-skinned. Early fruit set and a cultivation period of 78 days guarantee a good yield. A bitter-free cucumber with high tolerance to powdery mildew and medium tolerance to cucumber mosaic virus and cucumber scabies.

F1 Hybrid

Not frost resistant

Growing tips

Ideal for outdoor planting, best planted from mid-May, in a sunny, warm location with plenty of nutrients. Cover the seeds with soil after sowing. A soil temperature of 25-30°C is ideal for germination. Tying them up on a trellis is also good for plant health as the leaves dry out more quickly. Never allow the soil to dry out.
