Pure female flowering snake cucumber for protected cultivation. Long, smooth, medium-dark green, aromatic fruits. Grown in northern Germany. Susceptible to burn heads in hot locations, shade if necessary. May produce scattered male flowers under stress. For cold house cultivation: preplant in early April for planting in early May. Outdoors from mid-May.
Non hybrid
Not frost resistant
Plant in the house first pre-cultivate so that it can later go into the greenhouse. Do not put in the greenhouse with mixed-flowering varieties. Water regularly, fertilize a little and aerate. If necessary, lightly mound. After the 3rd or 5th leaf has formed, pinch off shoot tip to stimulate side shoots. Observe crop rotation.
