Description

Light red pointed bell pepper. Aromatic and crisp. Long, slender, filigree plant. Ideal for greenhouse or foil tunnel. Can be sown under glass from March. Between the end of April and May, plant the seedlings in the greenhouse. Outdoors after the last frosts. Very early, low-growing variety whose fruits color through quickly. Peppers reach up to 22 cm in length and weigh 100-120 g. (From Volmary).

F1 Hybrid

Not frost resistant

Growing tips

Cover the seeds only lightly with soil for germination, keep evenly moist but not wet and warm (min. 20°C, more likely 25°C). A bright location is also important. After germination, place slightly colder. Prick out as soon as 2-4 true leaves are present. Harden off before planting out. When the first fruits start to form, fertilize about 1 time a week. A consistent water supply is also important. The first flower can be broken out to encourage the formation of more fruit. Wind-protected locations are advantageous. Support shoots if necessary.
