Bell pepper 'Zlata' is ideal for all fans of peppers with its many medium-sized fruits with mild aromatic flavor. The fruits have a pointed block shape and a medium thick pericarp. Matures from green to yellow to red. High yielding and robust. This robust outdoor variety also scores points for its good resistance to cold and moisture. In the greenhouse, planting is possible as early as mid-March. In the open field after the last frosts.
F1 Hybrid
Not frost resistant
Cover the seeds only lightly with soil for germination, keep evenly moist but not wet and warm (min. 20°C, more likely 25°C). A bright location is also important. After germination, place slightly colder. Prick out as soon as 2-4 true leaves are present. Harden off before planting out. When the first fruits start to form, fertilize about 1 time a week. A consistent water supply is also important. The first flower can be broken out to encourage the formation of more fruit. Wind-protected locations are advantageous. Support shoots if necessary.
