Violetta comes from the ReinSaat breeding and is characterized by a particularly vigorous, stable plant growth. The large, thick-walled, crisp block peppers ripen from deep purple to green to red. Fruit weight approx. 210 g. Typical fruity bell pepper aroma. Stable, vigorous plant growth. High yielding. (From seed house).
Non hybrid
Not frost resistant
Cover the seeds only lightly with soil for germination, keep evenly moist but not wet and warm (min. 20°C, more likely 25°C). A bright location is also important. After germination, place slightly colder. Prick out as soon as 2-4 true leaves are present. Harden off before planting out. When the first fruits start to form, fertilize about 1 time a week. A consistent water supply is also important. The first flower can be broken out to encourage the formation of more fruit. Wind-protected locations are advantageous. Support shoots if necessary.
