Breeding ReinSaat. Early-maturing, stable, very high-yielding variety. Pointed fruits ripening from dark green to red with sweet-aromatic, medium-thick flesh. Very good taste. Fruit weight about 70 g. Fruit length about 16 cm. Outdoor and greenhouse cultivation.
Non hybrid
Not frost resistant
Cover seeds only lightly with soil (approx. 0.2-0.5 cm). When the cotyledon is visible, prick out into small pots and continue cultivation at approx. 18-20°C. Cut off fruits, do not tear, so that the shoots are not damaged. Fertilize and water regularly. Peppers need plenty of warmth to germinate (25-28°C). Harden off before planting out. Protect with a fleece during cool nights. Protect from wind. Cultivation under glass is usually earlier and more productive. Then plant out from April. Breaking out the first flower is recommended to stimulate growth and yield. Do not allow plants to dry out. - If necessary, hang yellow sheets directly over plants to control whitefly. Peppers cross-pollinate easily! Keep distance to hot peppers/chili, otherwise the fruits can turn out surprisingly hot. Mixed cultivation with herbs favorable, avoid with other nightshade plants (tomatoes, etc.). (From organic garden supplies).
