The many medium-sized fruits of the F1 hybrid 'Bontempi' have a blocky shape and medium-thick, aromatic-tasting skins. They ripen from green to red, with the taste becoming increasingly sweet and mildly aromatic. Fruit weight approx. 170g. The plants grow to a height of approx. 60 cm/23.6 in and are particularly robust and resistant to cold and wet conditions. This makes them ideal for growing in pots on balconies and terraces. 'Bontempi' is naturally resistant to tomato mosaic virus.
F1 Hybrid
Ripens from red to green, loves warmth, the more sun the more flavor. Nutrient and humus-rich soil, fertilize regularly, water moderately for an even water supply. Breaking off the first blossom (king blossom) significantly increases the yield. Further growing tips for the sweet bell pepper variety.
