Bácskai white (Bácskai Fehér) is one of the most popular bell pepper varieties in Hungary, especially for stuffing. Thick-fleshed, mostly light yellow pointed peppers with an average weight of 80g and a sweet, mild taste. Matures from orange to red. High-yielding, indeterminate variety for outdoor cultivation.

Should be grown in advance. Germination temperature 20-25 °C, germination period 2-3 weeks. Light germinator. Do not plant out too deep. Plant out only after the last night frost. Only allow 3-4 side shoots to grow. Remove first flowers to promote growth and yield. High nutrient and water requirements. Undeterminate, constantly growing variety, it must therefore be supported, tied or hung.
