Dulce de Espana is an aromatic, tasty red bell pepper without heat. It comes from Spain and is ideal for fresh consumption. The plant reaches a height of approx. 80 cm and is very easy to cultivate. It grows bushy and offers a rich yield. It is suitable for outdoor cultivation and continues to bear ripe fruit long into late summer. The pointed peppers ripen from green to light red and are elongated - approx. 20 cm long, thick-fleshed and very juicy. In addition to being eaten fresh, they taste particularly good stuffed with goat's cheese, but can also be used for salads, barbecues and other cooking.
