Description
"Sweet long bell pepper" Up to 10 cm/3.9 in long, green at first, bright red when ripe, aromatic, sweet-fruity tasting, pointed fruits. Particularly suitable for outdoor cultivation. v E Jan-Feb, p from M May, 50x40. Content sufficient for approx. 15 plants. Free variety. (From Dreschflegel).

Growing tips
Cover the seeds only lightly with soil to germinate, keep them evenly moist but not wet and warm (min. 20°C/68°F, preferably 25°C/77°F). A bright location is also important. Prick out as soon as 2-4 true leaves are present. Harden off before planting out. When the first fruits begin to form, fertilize about once a week. The first flower can be broken off to encourage the formation of further fruit. Locations protected from the wind are advantageous. Support shoots if necessary.
