A mini bell pepper bred by ReinSaat for compact plant growth and excellent fruit quality. Forms small, flat-round, chocolate-brown fruits weighing approx. 16g with thick, firm flesh and a spicy, strong aroma. Small, high-yielding bell pepper. Specialty for pickling and stuffing. Also suitable for pot cultivation. (From Biogartenversand).
Non hybrid
Not frost resistant
Cover the seeds only lightly with soil to germinate, keep them evenly moist but not wet and warm (min. 20°C, preferably 25°C). A bright location is also important. Keep slightly cooler after germination. Prick out as soon as 2-4 true leaves are present. Harden off before planting out. When the first fruits begin to form, fertilize about once a week. An even supply of water is also important. The first flower can be broken off to encourage the formation of further fruit. Locations sheltered from the wind are advantageous. Support shoots if necessary.
