Description

Very long Lamuyo type (25-30 cm long) with medium-thick flesh and pronounced good taste. The fruits (weighing about 110-200 g) ripen from green to red and develop sweetness already in the green state. Suitable for stringing (2-3 shoots). Very vigorous, especially under glass. Resistant to tobacco mosaic virus (tobamovirus P0, P1-2). In greenhouse planting possible already from April, then needs a little more space. (From ReinSaat).

Non hybrid

Not frost resistant

Growing tips

Cover the seeds only lightly with soil for germination, keep evenly moist but not wet and warm (min. 20°C, more likely 25°C). A bright location is also important. After germination, place slightly colder. Prick out as soon as 2-4 true leaves are present. Harden off before planting out. When the first fruits start to form, fertilize about 1 time a week. A consistent water supply is also important. The first flower can be broken out to encourage the formation of more fruit. Wind-protected locations are advantageous. Support shoots if necessary.
