Description
Very early, low sweet corn. Usually forms several rather small cobs that ripen from white to yellow to violet-blue. Edible as fresh sweetcorn until the purple stage, after which the cobs can be dried and processed into sweet cornmeal.

Block cultivation promotes the development of fully formed cobs. Very aromatic and sweet.
