Organic pointed cabbage Erstling is a vigorous, short-stemmed pointed cabbage variety with rapid development. It can be grown from spring to autumn. It is also suitable for early cultures in the foil house. However, it matures evenly and must be harvested quickly. For staggered harvesting, it is recommended to sow it staggered. This pointed cabbage forms firm, compact heads with a rounded tip and a weight of 800 to 1000 g. The light green leaf is of tender consistency. Preplant in mid-January to the end of June. Planting in the open field is done in early March to late July. Harvesting begins in late May and can be done until the end of October.
