Rustic and very productive variety that produces very large, flat and firm heads that are used for sauerkraut. The cabbage can be harvested until the beginning of winter.

Cabus cabbage likes to be close to herbs as their presence deters most pests. When planting, bury the plant up to the first leaves to allow additional roots to develop in order to obtain vigorous vegetation.
