Description

Suitable for summer and autumn cultivation. The heads are full-hearted - have a fresh green color with yellow hearts. Are heat-resistant and firm. The variety is also called "Bubikopf". Is well suited for post-cultivation.

Growing tips

Do not put the young plants too deep into the ground, otherwise they will quickly rot. If the heart is fully formed, then in dry weather the heads can be tied together at the top to increase the yellow content and keep the bitter content low. Short storage of the heads is possible by digging up the plants with root balls and wrapping them in sand frost-free.
