This seed-stable still somewhat inconsistent variety originates from the common flowering of different sprouts coal with subsequent selection. Our farm variety shows a predominantly blue-purple color. Plant development is somewhat slower over the growing season, but the variety is very winter hardy. Winter vegetables.
