Old, vigorous variety with large to medium-sized, oval-round, red-brown fruits. Thick-fleshed, juicy and of very good taste. Fruit weight: about 100-150 g. Grows up to 2 m tall. Note: (There is a Paul Robson variety from the USA that forms rather flat-round, fleshy fruits and one from Russia that is more round-oval and grows as a salad tomato).
Non hybrid
Not frost resistant
High yielding, especially when grown 2-3 shoots. For the good taste we recommend a rather low level of fertilization and sparing watering. (From biogartenbedarf)
