Fruits: light yellow, orange, pearly 200-400g Also known as Summer Cider Apricot, it impresses with its resistance to disease. The large, bright orange fruits with an average weight of 300 g, which can reach up to 800 g, are flat-round and slightly ribbed. The orange flesh is reminiscent of mango in color and texture, firm and melt-in-the-mouth. With an exceptional, balanced, sweet and aromatic taste with a hint of acidity, the Summer Cider tomato is perfect for salads, sauces or coulis.
