Beautiful heart-shaped tomato in pink-red with blue, slightly ribbed shoulders. Fruits with a balanced, slightly sweet flavor. A great new tomato variety from the USA, bred by Jason Hayes, both visually and in terms of taste. The plants reach a height of around 1.20-2m. As with all Indigo tomato varieties, a full sun position promotes the blue content and color intensity of the fruits.
Non hybrid
Not frost resistant
The stem is fine, the fruits heavy, so it is essential to tie them. Ripening time 50-60 days (medium-early). Water the tomatoes: Depending on whether you pre-sow or direct sow tomatoes, and depending on the location and variety, you will need to water your tomato plants differently often. Tomatoes can develop very deep roots that can even draw water from the groundwater. In this case, you hardly need to water them, if at all. Pay attention to the leaves, if they hang limp you should water your tomato plants. The soil dries out more quickly, especially in pots, raised beds and raised beds, so you will need to water them more often.
