A good variety for growing in the winter. The flower has a small bulge. For sheltered, not wet places. Germination in 8-14 days at 15-20°C.

Winter cauliflower tolerates moderate frost. Harvest is in April-May. Supplemental watering and fertilizing as soon as the first flowers come spring. Mounding the plants provides additional protection from heavy frosts. Observe crop rotation.
