Description

This very old, robust variety overwinters outdoors and produces purple "flowers" with a diameter of 15 to 20 cm in the following spring, which are completely protected by the foliage. The cauliflower, which has an excellent flavor, turns green when cooked. To make overwintering cultivation even safer, this cauliflower variety can also be grown in a greenhouse.
