Roscoff type. A compact, firm, slightly dark green cauliflower with good resistance. The heads are deep, firm and beautifully white. Ripening time from February to March.

Sow the seeds thinly, 1 cm deep in a seedbed or clean modular trays with firm, pre-watered compost. Keep the soil moist at all times. Thin out to 10 cm. When the seedlings have formed 4 leaves, plant them in their growing place, leaving 60 cm between plants in rows 60 cm apart. Press down firmly and water well if dry.
