Early, oversized cauliflower variety that is partially covered in a pale pink color. Rober is better able to tolerate temperature fluctuations that others struggle with and forms firm heads. The variety is incredibly tender. Do not cook this cauliflower for as long as you are used to with store-bought cauliflowers. The heads reach a good 30 cm in diameter and taste great.
