Description

An overwintering cauliflower with beautiful white heads that are harvested in May. This means they escape the caterpillars. A satisfying crop that produces fresh vegetables in spring.

Sow in mid-July to early August, prick out seedlings and plant out from mid-August at a distance of 50x50cm. Waterlogged soil is unsuitable. Lightly mound up the stalks over the winter.
