Erfurt Dwarf is the very earliest standard variety in the range. Very proven, high-yielding and robust. The medium-sized flowers are firm and fine-grained.

Frostproof
To obtain pure white heads, cover the flower by folding some outer leaves inwards. Germination after about 1 week at an optimum temperature of 12°C. The later the sowing, the better the storability. Do not harvest during frost.
