Fremont F1 forms firm, snow-white and finely grained flowers, which are protected by strong foliage. Suitable for cultivation from spring to autumn. Germination after about 1 week, optimum temperature: 12°C.
F1 Hybrid
Frostproof
Prick out early seeds to 5 x 5 cm after 2 weeks, plant out from April at 40 x 50 cm spacing. Likes a sunny, airy place and preferably nutrient-rich, humus-rich soil. Water evenly and fertilize regularly. Covering the beds with insect netting protects the plants from pests. Avoid harvesting during frost, as this will injure the heads, causing them to rot more quickly. Harvest in Early sowings in July, later sowings from August. Later harvest = better storability. Observe crop rotation.
