This organic Savoy cabbage, Savoy cabbage harbinger 3, is very early and enriches the offer in early summer and summer. The high round head grows up to 1kg. The savoy cabbage is perfect for fresh consumption. The leaves are clearly curled and tender. Preplanting begins in mid-January and continues until the beginning of March. Planting in the open ground begins in early March and ends in late April. Harvesting extends from mid-May to the end of July. The taste is wonderfully mild and aromatic. Steamed savoy cabbage tastes great with jacket potatoes or even pasta. Row spacing: 50 cm plant distance: 35 cm optimum soil temperature: 15 - 20 °C
