These 4 British cultivars differ significantly in texture, taste and color. They can be used in several ways: all year round as salad leaves, as medium plants exposed at smaller intervals or, being hardy, as fully grown plants. Medium-sized and fully grown plants can be harvested over 32 weeks, from mid-July to March. Pick Cavolo Nero leaves whenever needed, from the bottom stem up. Mixture contains: 28% Black Magic, 27% Red Devil, 30% Pentland Brig, 15% seaweed.
