Description

Unlike classic varieties of kale, "Scarlet" has extremely decorative deep red leaves. Preparation and consumption do not differ from other types of kale. The large, well-crinkled leaves are initially dark green with red veins. Falling temperatures in the fall intensify the red. Mature plants are quite resistant to cold and provide fresh winter vegetables. Height of growth about 80 cm.
