Description

Upright growing cabbage with curled, green-white leaves that have a fine, sweet taste. Delights with a long harvest period, as the plants are quite frost-resistant. It has many uses in the kitchen. The leaves are harvested individually, steamed or cooked. The plants remain rather low with a growth height of up to 90 cm/35.4 in. They love a nutrient-rich, humus-rich and calcareous soil. Transplant outdoors from June.
