Growing tips

Do not sow tomatoes too early, for the home garden is enough in late March / early April. After germination, be sure to put in a cooler place. Harden off for a few days before planting after the icemen. Best protection against late blight is a roof over the plants. Tomatoes will appreciate a layer of mulch on top of the soil.
