Tomato San Marzano 2 is a traditional Italian bottle tomato. San Marzano tomato is extremely aromatic, has a strong red color, very firm to cut and weighs about 90 -130g. In Italy, San Marzano is the tomato for tomato sauce. Chefs all over the world also swear by San Marzano tomatoes. The plant is robust and vigorous.
