The "Cream Sausage" or "Banana Cream" tomato is an elongated tomato with pale yellow to creamy white fruits. The tomatoes grow up to 10 cm long, weigh approx. 120 g and have a sweet, juicy but firm golden flesh with a hint of acidity. They are suitable for fresh consumption, salads and sauces. As the plants grow bushy (1-1.5 m high), no pruning is necessary. Good yield, early ripening. From Tom Wagner.
Non hybrid
Not frost resistant
Pre-cultivation from March indoors at approx. +22-28°C. Harden off the plants in May and plant out in a greenhouse, tomato house or outdoors (with rain protection). Tie to supports or ties and pinch out regularly. Loves plenty of sun and - as tomatoes are heavy feeders - regular nutrients. Further growing tips for the vine tomato species.
