Description

Annual spice herb typical of Asian cuisine with delicate, finely aromatic leaves. Lemony, fresh green for soups and meat dishes. Always add coriander leaves to dishes just before cooking. Direct sow mid-March to the end of May. Plant mid-March to the end of May for harvesting mid-June to the end of August.

The sowing season for leaf corander is from May to June. If you want to harvest seeds, you should sow from the end of March to May. You should avoid growing coriander alongside other umbellifers. The seeds are ready to harvest between August and September. You can harvest coriander leaves until September.
