Winterhead lettuce. Very old variety, extremely fast-growing and robust. Towering, almost conical heads with horn-shaped recurved leaves, light green outside with rusty brown touch on edges and crimps. Diameter 25 cm, height 20 cm, firm leaf, for overwintering outdoors and harvesting in spring.
