"Sugar Snap" grows to about 120 cm/47.2 in tall and produces an abundance of crunchy, sugary sweet pods. The pods are harvested when young, juicy and crunchy, and then cut into 2-3 cm/0.8-1.2 in long pieces. Pea and kefen experience in one, but with much less labor involved in harvesting and setting up. For a description of the crop, see "Peas".
