Description

Jessy is a stringless, medium late "SugarSnap" (sugar) pea with full fleshed, dark green, round, slightly curved pods without parchment layer. High yield , excellent sweet taste. The pods are eaten whole when young. Jessy is resistant to powdery mildew. Height about 70 cm/27.6 in, pod length about 8 cm/3.1 in. Very suitable for freezing.

Growing tips

Germination at 6-15°C/43-59°F after 10-20 days. If necessary, protect the seed from birds. Mound from a height of 10 cm/3.9 in. A climbing aid is recommended.
