Description
Exceptional, very hot, rich-bearing pepper with varietal, leathery grain interspersed with light cork cracks. Long (about 18 cm/7.1), pointed cone, thick-fleshed fruits that ripen from green to red. Full-bodied, pungent-fruity flavor. For fresh consumption, cooking, pickling and grilling. Degree of pungency 5 - 6.
