Description

F1 hybrid of the jalapeño type. Spicy. Can be harvested green and red. Thick-walled, conical fruits become hotter as they ripen. Approximately 6-7 cm/2.4-2.8 in large fruits. Suitable for cultivation in tubs. Very stable, early maturing and high yielding. Resistant to Tobacco etch virus, Potato Y virus and Pepper mottle virus. Germination after 15-25 days at 22-28°C/72-82°F. Can be planted out in the greenhouse as early as April.

Growing tips

For the cultivation is very important uniform humidity and warmth. Only lightly cover the seeds. Once 2-4 true leaves are present, prick out. Fertilize regularly as soon as fruits are present. Cut off fruits, do not tear off. Wind-protected, warm location. Harden off before planting out.
