The Aji Dulce Amarillo chilli is a great chinense variety with almost no heat, but with a very fine habanero aroma. The plants can grow quite tall (over 1 meter) and are very productive. They develop many of the small, round, wrinkled, bright golden-yellow ripening fruits. The fruits can also be used to make an ultra-delicious chilli jam with a great apricot flavor. They are also suitable for fresh consumption, in salads and as a snack.
