Description

The red Trinidad Scorpion Moruga combines the Caribbean fruity flavor with an intense spiciness. In keeping with its name, it takes its time with the spread of the spiciness and then strikes abruptly. Due to its fruity aroma, it is ideal for spicing curries, stews, white meat and fish and exotic dishes.
