Description

Originating from Hungary, this variety is mild, with excellent aroma and high yield. Not only the leaves of the approx. 80 cm/31.5 in tall plants have a purple sheen, but also the flowers are decoratively purple. The chilies, which measure about 3x7 cm/1.4x2.8 in, are initially eggplant-colored and turn dark red when fully ripe. They are similar in shape and flavor to jalapenos. and are excellent for eating fresh, cooking, making sauces, stuffing, and also for drying.Approx. 80 cm/31.5 in tall.
