Fast-growing spring onions with a mild, sweet, slightly pungent flavor. Long, straight, white leaves with green tips. Very frost-hardy variety. Suitable as bunching onions for spring and fall sowing. Dutch variety. Ideally suited for outdoor use, greenhouses, containers.

The spring onion feels particularly at home in loose, slightly sandy soil. Waterlogging should be avoided at all costs. The location should also be sunny. Spring onions can be sown directly outdoors as early as March or grown in advance and planted out outdoors from April.
