Description

'Marjolina' is a reliable bunching onion that does not form bulbs. Growth and foliage are very healthy, the white stem is quite long. It is easy to clean. An ideal spring onion for summer cultivation that can be harvested until late fall. It can also cope with difficult sowing conditions.

Growing tips

The spring onion feels particularly at home in loose, slightly sandy soil. Waterlogging should be avoided at all costs. The location should also be sunny. Spring onions can be sown directly outdoors as early as March or grown in advance and planted out outdoors from April.
