Description

The large sulfur-yellow flower balls on nearly knee-high stems are an ornament to any garden. Both bulb and leaf can be used for seasoning, it is milder than garlic, but perennial and hardy.

Growing tips

Requires cool temperatures for germination, keep moist for the first 6-8 weeks, after the appearance of the first pair of leaves, separate. Since the plant is perennial, the germination process may extend over several weeks. Prefers fresh and sunny locations.
